ON behalf of St James's Church Centre I would like to thank all those who came along to last Thursday's very entertaining concert given by Robert Whitehead and Friends.
Also, thanks to all the people, including our 'regulars', who attended our annual autumn fair coffee morning and light lunches.

We very much appreciate their support.

The former raised £479 and takings from the latter were £1,344 (exclusive of expenses). Both very pleasing results.

l A CHARITY concert on Holy Island on November 8, realised £350 for the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Families Association, who were well represented at the "Tribute to the Fallen".

A warm reception was given by the audience, who enjoyed the outstanding contributions of Tamsin Davidson, Keith Currie, Derek Butler, Jackie Currie and Margaret Spence.
