PUBLIC toilets in Ford are being upgraded to comply with Disability Discrimination Act legislation.

This includes improvements to the path, a wider cubical space to enable wheelchair access and grab rails. The ladies toilet will become a ladies/unisex disabled access toilet and there will still be a separate gents toilet.
The work will be completed by Christmas and the loos will reopen for the tourist season in March.
