TWO homes are set to be built on a plot in Wooler.
Berwick Borough Council's planning committee last week approved the application for land at Ryecroft View.
Neighbours objected to the plans on the grounds of visual impact, over development and parking provision.
But officers recommended the scheme be given the go-ahead as they said it would not have an undue impact on residential amenity.
