A TALK on public attitudes to climate change will be given at the next Alnwick Friends of the Earth meeting.
David Farrar will lead the talk which will take place on Tuesday at 7.30pm at St Michael's Church Hall, Alnwick.
David said: "It's going to be quite an interactive talk. One of the things which interests me is the way that people form groups that tend to reinforce each other's opinions, so they start to think that everyone thinks in the same way as themselves and their friends. I hope to test this by carrying out a couple of live polls on the night, and comparing the attitudes of the people at the talk with the attitudes of the general public. So I hope it will be entertaining and informative."
Entry costs £2, refreshments will be provided.
