Originally from Ashington, Peter now lives in Ellington and his inspiration comes from the hardworking characters from powerful childhood memories, which he hopes he can keep alive through his work.
Jackie Stevenson is a Scottish artist who now lives in the North East.
Her work is an interpretation of the effects of light and weather on northern landscapes, mainly in the more remote areas of Northumberland, Cumbria and Scotland, using mixed media.

Hide AdSusie Lawson is a contemporary landscape painter from North Yorkshire. She likes to work in isolation and seclusion and walking in the wild northern landscape helps to create her works.
Joan Murray is an animal artist. Her favourite medium is gouache, which she believes gives her the ability to capture not only the subtle colours and textures of an animal’s coat, but great depth and a detail.
Nick Potter, from Derbyshire, paints landscapes and seascapes as well as making work from driftwood.
Ross Forster’s work will also be on display.
The gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.
