The ballot results are out for the Great North Run 2020 which takes place on Sunday, September 13.
The world-famous half marathon will take runners on a 13.1 mile route from the A167 in Newcastle The Leas in South Shields.
It’s a daunting challenge, and there may be points where even the keenest athletes will struggle.
